- Customers are encouraged to review the ‘Directions for Use’ and the INCI/Ingredients list provided on the packaging and website to check for any potential allergens or contraindications.
- For specific combinations, such as Skin Kit boxes, please follow the usage instructions provided for the best results.
Non-Returnable Products
3.1 Products Purchased via Yungskin™ Website or Email Orders
- Products cannot be returned once opened or used, except in cases of quality-related issues, such as:
- Uneven distribution of micro-beads in exfoliating products.
- Visible fungal growth on moisturizers (which may occur due to natural content and improper sealing).
- In such cases, notify us within two weeks of purchase at info@yungskin.com or call us at +27 82 802 9893.
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
3.2 Products Purchased via Third Parties (Retailers or Agents)
- The same principles apply as above; however, customers must notify the retailer or agent for appropriate action.
Refunds and Replacements

For Website or Direct Purchases:
- Affected products will either be replaced at no charge or refunded (into your nominated bank account) upon return.

For Third-Party Purchases:
- Refunds or replacements will be at the discretion of the retailer or agent.
Incorrect Items Delivered
If we deliver the wrong product or if the product differs from the description on the website:
- Do not open the packaging or remove any labels.
- Notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the product to be collected at no charge.
- You may choose to:
- Receive the correct product (subject to availability).
- Receive a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Note: Refunds are not available for items received as gifts.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue. We may require:
- A photograph of the outer packaging.
- A photograph of the product container (jar, tube, bottle, etc.).
- A photograph of the product’s contents (e.g., discoloration or fungal growth in moisturizers).
- If necessary, we will arrange to collect the product at no charge.
- After inspection and validation, you may choose to:
- Receive a replacement (if available).
- Receive a refund via the original payment method.
How to Return an Item
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:
- Products must be in their original packaging and unopened.
- You can choose one of the following return methods:

Drop-Off at PostNet: You may return the product to your nearest PostNet. A fee may apply, and we will confirm the details with you.

Drop-Off at Our Office: Return the product to our office at no additional cost.

Courier Collection: We can arrange a pick-up from your location. A fee may apply, and our office will confirm the details with you.
Packaging for Returns
Returned products must be securely packaged in their original packaging and placed inside a box or padded envelope with extra protective materials if needed. Improperly packaged items that are damaged in transit cannot be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper packaging.
Processing Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days after logging the return.
- Banking timelines may result in a delay of up to 3 working days for funds to reflect in your account.
- Replacements may take longer, depending on product availability.

We warrant that all our products are of good quality and comply with relevant cosmetic regulatory requirements.
